Timothy Lappen is Chairman and Founder at the Family Office Group at the law firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP. Serving as outside general counsel to high-net-worth individuals and their families and businesses, Lappen emphasizes family office matters, general business, corporate and real estate law. He is a member of the firm's corporate and real estate departments, and belongs to its global hospitality and commercial finance groups. Lappen is active in numerous civic activities, among them The Los Angeles Regional Foodbank, the American Academy for Dance and Kindred Arts, and the Center for Childhood. He also is a past president of the UCLA Law School Trustees and the Santa Monica Protective Association.
