David Golub
Vice Chairman, Golub Capital; Chairman of the Board, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research
David Golub is Vice Chairman of the investment firm Golub Capital and Chairman of the Board of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. From 1995 through 2003, he was a managing director of the investment firm Centre Partners Management LLC; he also founded and until recently served as chairman of Centre Pacific, a manager of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds with $2.5 billion under management. From 1988 through 2000, Golub served in a senior capacity at Corporate Partners, a $1.5 billion private equity fund affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co. and created to acquire significant minority stakes in established companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies, including the advisory board of the World Policy Institute. Golub earned a bachelor's degree in government at Harvard College; a master's degree in international relations at the University of Oxford, where he was a Marshall Scholar; and an MBA at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
