CEO, MidOcean Partners
Ted Virtue is the CEO of MidOcean Partners. From 1999 to 2003, he served as CEO of DB Capital Partners, the captive merchant bank of Deutsche Bank, and had oversight for the bank's $35 billion direct investment portfolio. He also served on the Deutsche Bank executive board. Prior to Deutsche Bank's acquisition of Bankers Trust Company, Virtue was president of BT Alex. Brown Inc. and executive vice president and head of global finance at Bankers Trust. Before joining Bankers, he was a senior vice president at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has served on numerous boards, including Noveon, Kinetics Group and Vitaquest. Virtue is also chairman of Youth Inc., a nonprofit organization serving inner-city children, and a member of the boards of trustees of Middlebury College and The Brunswick School. Virtue received a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.
