Michael Golubic is a Consultant with The Townsend Group, a global real estate investment consulting firm. He focuses on evaluating and selecting investment managers, working with fee models and contracts, and reviewing and selecting pooled funds. Golubic participates in the underwriting of open-end commingled funds and maintains primary responsibility for the firm's expertise with regard to real estate and global infrastructure opportunities in Latin America. He is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and the Pension Real Estate Association, and is a Level II chartered financial analyst candidate. Golubic received a bachelor's degree in finance and management information systems from Miami University.
