Linda Assante

Linda Assante is a Partner at Oak Hill Investment Management LP, a California-based firm that manages more than $10 billion across all major investment products, providing asset management, risk management and estate-planning services to individual investors, pension funds and foundations. Assante has primary responsibility for manager selection and portfolio construction in real assets. Prior to joining Oak Hill, she was a principal with The Townsend Group, where she advised clients on constructing optimal real estate investment portfolios; she was also responsible for maintaining the firm's expertise with regard to Asian real estate. Previously, Assante was a vice president of JPMorgan and its head of West Coast real estate, lodging and gaming investment banking. She has served on the editorial advisory boards of the domestic, high-return and global publications of the Institutional Real Estate Letter, is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association, and currently sits on the board of the James Campbell Company, a private real estate company based in Hawaii. Assante received a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College.
