Michael Stroud is CEO and Co-Founder of iHollywood Forum Inc., the leading producer of conferences and forums on digital and wireless entertainment. He has been a professional business journalist for 25 years. He covered technology as a senior writer at Investor's Business Daily, and focused on business and entertainment issues as a Los Angeles entertainment correspondent for Bloomberg News. He later covered broadcast networks as the Los Angeles bureau chief for Broadcasting and Cable, and spent four years as a correspondent for Wired.com, covering digital entertainment. Stroud is now an independent journalist covering technology, entertainment and the wireless industry. His articles have appeared in The New York Times and Business 2.0. Stroud received a bachelor's degree in Asian studies from the University of California, Berkeley; he speaks fluent Mandarin, having lived in Taiwan for five years.
