Robert Dekle

Robert Dekle is a Professor of Economics at the University of Southern California, where he teaches undergraduate courses in macroeconomics and graduate courses in international finance. His areas of research include international finance and open economy macroeconomics, with a particular focus on the emerging markets of East Asia and the Japanese economy. He has also served as a visiting scholar with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and as a staff economist with the International Monetary Fund. Dekle received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. from Yale University.
